To streamline the arrival process and facilitate access to our accommodations outside office hours, Navapar S.L. offers clients the option to complete Online Check-in via a digital tool.

During this process, the following additional data may be requested:

Photograph of the identity document (ID card, passport, etc.)
Selfie photograph of the guest which is mandatory to verify that the person submitting the document matches the identity shown.

Purpose of Processing

The data collected through Online Check-in is used exclusively to:

Remotely verify the guest’s identity
Facilitate access to the accommodation without physical presence
Ensure security during key handover and access

These data are not used for reporting to law enforcement or exported to external platforms.

Legal Basis

The legal basis for processing these data is the explicit consent of the data subject, given when completing the Online Check-in process.

Data Retention

Photographs (ID and selfie) are retained only until the day of check-out, after which they are automatically and securely deleted.

Data Processor

The Online Check-in tool is provided by an external supplier acting as a data processor, in full compliance with GDPR requirements. Navapar S.L. has formalized the necessary agreements to ensure the protection of personal data processed by this provider.
