Selfie photograph of the guest which is mandatory to verify that the person submitting the document matches the identity shown.
Purpose of Processing
The data collected through Online Check-in is used exclusively to:

These data are not used for reporting to law enforcement or exported to external platforms.

Photographs (ID and selfie) are retained only until the day of check-out, after which they are automatically and securely deleted.

The Online Check-in tool is provided by an external supplier acting as a data processor, in full compliance with GDPR requirements. Navapar S.L. has formalized the necessary agreements to ensure the protection of personal data processed by this provider.
